Where we’re heading
Enough about where we have come from, what we really want to share with you is where we’re heading.
By adopting an intense customer focus to drive innovation and developing our existing products in original and interesting ways, we’re set to launch major new initiatives with our products and brands. The challenges won’t stop there though.
We’re going to invest even more in our people. As well as honing the expertise we’ve already got on board, we’re looking to attract a whole new pool of talent to Heinz. That way, we can keep the way we do things just as fresh as our products.
Part of this will mean encouraging and empowering daring, creative thinking. Okay, so that’s something we’ve been doing since way back when. Only now, we’re really going to be pushing back the boundaries. It’s what’ll give us the edge over our competitors – not to mention make life much more rewarding for both you and our customers alike.
