I joined Heinz in September 2007. I was attracted to the Heinz graduate scheme as it provided the opportunity to undertake two placements in different areas of finance while also offering the opportunity to participate in cross functional projects giving me a greater understanding of the company and my role within it.

I currently work in the commercial finance team working closely with the Sales Finance and Marketing teams to analyse, forecast, and report sales and profit figures

I have really enjoyed my first 3 months at Heinz. I have been challenged, given responsibility and been encouraged to voice my opinions on how processes can be improved in all areas even at this early stage. Heinz offers me the support to develop myself throughout my career. For example I have already started my CIMA training and have many opportunities to put this into practice

For me the two things that differentiate Heinz are the people, there’s a great atmosphere around the office, and being able to see and eat our product.
